Mail your parts to the address above.  Please include inside the box your name, address, phone number, email address, and form of payment.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders.  Please make checks out to 'D&E'  Include the 'ship to' address if different from the 'bill to' address.  Sometimes customers mail from a UPS Store, FedEX Kinkos, or other third party mail facility.  We cannot identify who sent the box if information is not inside the box.  Email address is important (but not necessary) for tracking and status information.  We will not send unsolicited emails or share your email with any other company's.  And as always your repairs are always covered by the industry's best warranty! 

It is very helpful to include a description of the symptoms inside the box for testing purposes.  In some cases intermittent problems may not show up in test.
